专业概况

在这里学什么？

This degree is designed to prepare students for employment in clinical laboratories as medical technologists. The degree is necessary before a person is eligible to take the National Registry Examination for certification as a medical technologist. A minor in chemistry is required.

A student must complete the first three years (94 hours) at an accredited college or university with the last 30 of these hours being in residence at Pittsburg State University. The fourth year must be completed in a NAACLS accredited school of medical technology affiliated with this university.
