上海燎原双语学校聘请来不同文化背景的优秀教学人才，既有通晓中西教育与管理，熟悉国际教育实践，有责任心、专业能力强的中国籍教师，也有一批来自海外的，有着丰富教学经验的外籍教师队伍。在我们的中国教师中，有20名获得硕士、4名获得博士学位，其余教师均有教育学本科文凭及教师资格证书。外籍教师中，本科学历背景占65%，硕士学历占35%，主要来自美国、英国、加拿大三个国家，平均教龄在2-10年，拥有5年以上教龄者占40%。

The school recruits teachers from multi-cultural backgrounds and countries, including Chinese teachers who deeply understand the execution of education theory and management, and expatriate teachers with specialist professional qualifications with teaching experience. 20 Chinese teachers got Master Degree and 4 people got PhD, the rest of Chinese teacher had Bachelor Degree and Teaching Qualification. As for the western teachers, 65% of them got Bachelor Degree, 35% got Master Degree, with majority originating from the USA, UK, and Canada, teaching experience ranges from 2 to 10 years, and 40% are above 5 years.
