专业概况

Become a business leader with the skills to successfully manage complex projects. Designed for professionals from diverse backgrounds, CSU's Master of Project Management provides preparation for a range of project management certifications, such as those offered through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

From the Graduate Certificate in Project Management through to the master's program, CSU has an option to suit you.

Course highlights

The Master of Project Management prepares you to design, manage and deliver complex project solutions. It adopts a practitioner's focus and is consistent with the principles laid out in the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification.

Contemporary program

You will commence your study investigating and applying elements from the PMI Project Management Framework®. Topics include scoping the project, project planning, change control and project communications. You will also examine the use of project management software and modelling and analysis tools. Key factors in project success, such as people management and risk factor identification, are also covered.

Online convenience

All subjects are available for online study, without the need to attend on-campus lectures or residential schools. Subjects are supported by a host of educational technologies that may include video lectures, laboratory simulations and chat rooms.

Flexible delivery

You can complete your degree in two years of part-time study. CSU also gives you the flexibility to fast-track completion by taking extra subjects, slow down your study pace or take temporary leave to fit in with your busy schedule.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants must have completed Australian bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from a university or other tertiary education provider. Academic IELTS with a minimum overall score of 6.5 and with no score below 6.0 in each of the individual skill areas, TOEFL test result with a minimum overall score of 577, Internet based TOEFL score of 79; PTE Academic: 58; Cambridge (CPE) Pre 2015: 45; Cambridge English Scale: CAE and CPE from 2015: 176.
