Combine all elements of the grape to table journey with CSU's Bachelor of Wine Business.

If you aspire to lead a career in wine sales and marketing or your dream is to manage and run your own vineyard or winery, this course is for you.

Course highlights

Our Bachelor of Wine Business is designed to develop knowledge and skills in winemaking, wine science, viticulture, wine appraisal and business. The course will prepare you for a business career in the rapidly expanding global wine industry.

Learning specialist business skills

A wide range of subjects mean you will acquire skills in accounting, management and marketing. Our graduates are knowledgeable, practically oriented, work-ready and meet the highest expectations of the wine industry. This course includes practical experience through workplace learning.

Learn at your own place and pace

You can complete your studies while working in the wine industry or by interchanging full-time study with online studies. If you do not wish to study the business element of the degree you may elect to exit after two years of study and graduate with an Associate Degree in Winegrowing.

Articulation agreements

The Diploma of Production Horticulture (Viticulture), Diploma of Viticulture and Diploma of Wine Technology at Goulburn Ovens TAFE (GOTAFE) provide a pathway to CSU's Bachelor of Wine Business. Graduates of these TAFE qualifications will receive credit towards their CSU degree.

Career opportunities

This degree will prepare you for a business career in the rapidly expanding global wine industry. A wide range of electives means you can specialise in accounting, management or marketing. Graduates of the Associate Degree will be well placed to establish and/or develop their own vineyard and/or small winery.

Manage end-to-end operations

Confidently oversee all aspects of wine production – from vineyard management to wine production to marketing in a boutique operation.

Influence brands and their reach

Use your advanced marketing skills to position your brand as a market leader.

Support national and regional industry capacity

Contribute towards the growth of recognisable wine brands in the domestic and global markets. Help strategise and consolidate Australia's share of a global industry.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students are required to complete international academic qualification equivalent to Australian Year 12 (or equivalent). Academic IELTS (International English Language Testing System) overall score of at least 6.0; TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) internet based score of 60, Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic score of 50; TOEFL PBT: 550; Cambridge English Scale: CAE and CPE from 2015: 169.
