Build a career at the crux of where all wine begins with CSU's Bachelor of Viticulture. This degree is designed for specialist vineyard managers and viticulturists – offering extensive studies across viticulture, vine physiology, vine pests and diseases, and water and soil management.

Develop internationally relevant vineyard management skills with extensive studies of viticulture, vine physiology, vine pests and diseases, and water and soil management. Combining pure science, viticulture, wine science and a selection of business subjects, the Bachelor of Viticulture offers grounding in organisation and management relevant to any wine business operation.

Ground your vineyard management in scientific evidence

You will underpin your viticulture and wine science studies with a scientific background in chemistry, plant sciences, soil science and data handling. Develop knowledge in the chemical and biological processes that affect wine production and sensory characteristics of the wine; and have the skills to understand site selection, grapevine varieties, propagation, vineyard establishment and management, irrigation and plant protection.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students are required to complete international academic qualification equivalent to Australian Year 12 (or equivalent). Academic IELTS (International English Language Testing System) overall score of at least 6.0; TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) internet based score of 60, Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic score of 50; TOEFL PBT: 550; Cambridge English Scale: CAE and CPE from 2015: 169.
