一年级 Grade One

本期主题：健康饮食。

洗好小手，戴上高高的厨师帽，按照课堂上学的食物金字塔进行摆盘：谷类、蔬菜、水果、奶类、肉类、蛋类……都有了呢!自己动手做，吃起来也特别香。爸爸妈妈，爷爷奶奶都被我们惊艳到啦。

Wash our hands and put on a high chef's hat . Include the food pyramid as we learned in the classroom: grains, vegetables, fruits, meat…… All of them! Do it yourself, and it tastes special. Mom and dad, grandpa and grandma are all amazed!

在阳光下成长Growing in the sun

同学们正在合作画出正确的洗手步骤。
