上海燎原双语学校国际部注重培养在校学生的个性及特长的发展，所以除了日常校园学习与活动外，还为在校学生提供了参加各类海内外竞赛的机会。

Our school focuses on cultivating the personality and strengths of our students. In addition to daily campus study and activities, our school also provides opportunities for students to participate in various competitions at home and abroad.

滑铁卢数学竟赛获奖同学

由全球著名学府，加拿大滑铁卢大学举办的滑铁卢青少年数学竞赛(CSIMC)得到了燎原双语学校英文部9-11年级同学的积极响应。上海燎原双语学校国际部学生于2018年11月份参与了其中两项比赛，分别为CSMC(高级)和CIMC(中级)，CSMC主要面向11和12年级学生，CIMC面向9和10年级学生。

The Canadian Senior and Intermediate Mathematics Contests (CSIMC) organized by the world-famous university - the University of Waterloo, Canada, received positive responses from the 9-11 students of the English Department of the Liaoyuan Bilingual School. Our students participated in two of these competitions in November 2018: CSMC (Senior) and CIMC (Intermediate). CSMC is for students in grades 11 and 12, and CIMC is for students in grades 9 and 10.

近日，2018年加拿大滑铁卢大学青少年数学竞赛成绩公布，上海燎原双语学校国际部的学生在竞赛中表现出色，取得优异成绩：49位参赛者中，共有九位同学获奖。

其中两位同学荣获奖牌(分别是10、11年级的**名)，以及八位同学获得证书。以上获奖学生在近两万名全球参赛者中成绩排名前25%。

Recently, the results of the 2018 Canadian University of Waterloo Junior Mathematical Competition were released. Liaoyuan’s students performed well in the competition and achieved excellent results. Among the 49 participants, a total of nine students won the prize. Two of the students won medals (first in grades 10 and 11 respectively) and eight students received certificates. The above award-winning students ranked the top 25% of the global participants.
