很多时候，不只是老师会给我们上课，生活也会给我们上无数次“课”，有些会使你终身难忘。我们不必对时间长河中的一次遭遇耿耿于怀，无法释怀。最重要的是，经一失，长一智，在错误中或挫折中反省自己，将其转变为“营养液”并充分吸收。光华美高本周的话题围绕着“至今在我的人生中最重要的一次教训”展开，一起来看看同学们根据自身经历，发出的肺腑之言。

本场**位选手张同学认为足球**他接受失败，并从中学习，从中成长。即使受到挫折时也不要失去信心，失败也不放弃。失败是成功之母，不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹。当输掉球赛或经历挫折时，最重要的是从中成长，没有哪个世界冠军不是从失败中走来的。

It’s important to accept defeat and learn from the lessons.Falling behind is not terrible, terrible is not to catch up after falling behind.Losing the game is not terrible, terrible is losing confidence after losing the ball. Life is actually like this you won’t see the rainbow after experiencing wind and rain.

第二位选手陈同学认为我们要面对犯过的错误，并从中吸取教训。她讲述了小时候因为抄袭的作文获奖而受到妈妈的批评教育，这一次教训让她知道欺骗其实害的是自己。

Face the challenges and don’t be afraid of any failure. Because we can learn from those drawbacks and move forward. Finally, I’d like to show a quotation from Zhou Enlai: if I write a book, I will write the mistakes in my life, so that the living people can learn from the past mistakes.

第三位选手梅雨萱同学认为，最重要的是要用一颗感恩的心及时地表达感谢，感谢我们的父母，我们的老师，以及所有帮助过我们的人。感恩是一个长期的过程，不是一次性的奖励。对于父母来说，你的感激之词或一些微小的行动，也会让他们很感动。

Through this matter, I have a deep and clear idea. We don't have to do much to be grateful and we don't have to grow up to be grateful. Because gratitude is a long-term process, not a one-time reward. Even though, for parents, they think at Thanksgiving, you don't need to do too much, you don't need to do a very grand style, In fact, your words of gratitude or some small acts of gratitude, will let them very moved. So I think we should express timely Thanks with a thanksgiving heart. Be grateful to our parents, to our teachers, to all those who help us.

第四位选手潘同学讲述了父亲在猪肉加工厂**期间面对非洲猪瘟的经历，以及家人怎样团结在一起战胜了困难。潘同学坦言，在此之前，一直认为安逸是理所当然的，从不考虑不确定的逆境，而这次与家人一起面临困难并想办法走出困境，使他**了很多。

My father is working in a pork processing factory, so the change in price of pork will directly influence the factory’s decision. Throughout this pork crisis, our family underwent lots of discussions and negotiations, which I have never experienced before. Until this unexpected disaster, I used to take ease for granted and never think about uncertain adversity, whether for myself, or for my family. Still fortunately, our family members stick together to figure out the situation and help ourselves out.

第五位选手杨同学认为每个人都有不同的性格特征和解决问题的方式，但我们总是无视自己的优势，而扩大自己的劣势。在我们的生活中，我们将遇到不同的人，遇到各种情况，我们必须相应地解决问题。

There is no doubt that everyone has different personality features and ways of solving problems. But we always ignore our strengths and magnify our weaknesses. In our life, we’ll meet people around, we will encounter various situations and we have to solve problems accordingly.

第六位选手郑同学认为，在座的同学们都有和自己一样的经历，远离家乡和父母，在光华学院快乐地学习。即使一开始我们遇到了混乱，也很感激，这些经历使得现在的她不怕出国留学。这也为将来在国外学习和生活铺平道路。

To end my speech , I wanna quote the Latin American proverb: "self-reliance is far better than God’s hand .”Although a person's growth, cannot leave the parents' raising, the society's feeding, the teacher's instruction . Regardless of these external factors, learning to be independent is the most important step .

我们每个人在成长的道路上，难免会走一些弯路或遭遇挫折，无论怎样，希望同学们都能勇敢面对，冷静分析，合理解决并吸取教训。本周郑方婷同学凭借出色的发挥夺得了**名，其他几位同学的表现也十分出色，言辞恳切，思路清晰，希望下周的同学再接再厉!
