The University of Bristol is a major centre for the study of modern languages and cultures.Studying Italian and Spanish in the context of their speakers' histories, cultures and societies will broaden your horizons and extend your linguistic and critical skills.Spanish is the second most widely spoken European language in the world and is the second language of the United States. Italian language and culture have had a lasting impact on Europe. Today, Italy's innovative contributions to design, technology and fashion make it a major global commercial force.In language classes you will develop speaking, listening, reading, writing and translation skills using a range of textbooks, media and internet resources.You will divide your third year between Italy and a Spanish-speaking environment in Europe or Latin America on study or work placements.所属院系

为来自中国的学生设计 The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is for international students whose first language is not English. Run by our Centre for Academic Language and Development, the one-year programme will prepare you for the undergraduate degree of your choice through tailored English language and academic units. Applicants with the Gaozhong Biye Zhengshu (Senior High School Certificate) and Gaokao (Chinese University entrance exam) combined with a successfully completed appropriate foundation programme will be considered for admission to our bachelor's degree courses. Applicants who have successfully completed the first year of a Chinese university degree at a prestigious university will be considered for admission to the first year of our bachelor's degree courses. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 overall with either listening or speaking at 6.5, with no skill below 6.0.课程信息
