专业概况

在这里学什么？ This degree extends our three-year BSc course to four years, with your third year spent studying accounting and finance in English at a university abroad, before returning to Bristol for your final year. The course combines the challenging, broad academic content of all our accounting degrees with an overseas dimension that reflects the international nature of modern business.Years one and two cover underpinning material in financial accounting, management accounting, finance and applied quantitative research methods, as well as the option to choose modules in economics, business law, management, taxation and a variety of open units from across the University.You will spend year three studying modules in accounting and finance at a partner institution overseas, taught in English. Currently, we have links with universities in continental Europe, Australia, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and the US.You can either apply directly through UCAS or you may apply to transfer from BSc Accounting and Finance early in the second year of your studies. Places are allocated depending on first-year examination results and availability of spaces and subject areas at destination universities.You will return to Bristol for your fourth year to study the disciplines of accounting and finance in more depth. We offer a variety of options, allowing you to focus on the areas that are most interesting to you. We vary these options from time to time according to developments in the sector. Popular units to date have included Financial Crises, Financial Statement Analysis, Social Accounting and Accounting and Finance in Context.

为来自中国的学生设计 The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is for international students whose first language is not English. Run by our Centre for Academic Language and Development, the one-year programme will prepare you for the undergraduate degree of your choice through tailored English language and academic units. Applicants with the Gaozhong Biye Zhengshu (Senior High School Certificate) and Gaokao (Chinese University entrance exam) combined with a successfully completed appropriate foundation programme will be considered for admission to our bachelor's degree courses. Applicants who have successfully completed the first year of a Chinese university degree at a prestigious university will be considered for admission to the first year of our bachelor's degree courses. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 overall with either listening or speaking at 6.5, with no skill below 6.0.
