专业概况

在这里学什么？ Modern History at Lincoln specialises in history from 1800 to the present day. This close focus offers the opportunity to better understand and navigate an increasingly socially, culturally, and politically complex world.The BA (Hons) Modern History is distinctive both for its focus on modern history, and for the breadth of topics that students can choose to study. Students will have the opportunity to study British, European, American, and global history.

为来自中国的学生设计 Prospective students require one of the following qualifications for entry into year one of an undergraduate degree: Successful completion of a Foundation programme with a minimum of 50% plus an average of 70% or above in High School. Some programmes may require a higher foundation score e.g. 60%; Successful completion of the first year of a Chinese degree / Diploma with an average grade of 70% or above. Students who have successfully completed a HND BTEC or SQA qualification may be accepted directly into year two or three of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course on a case by case basis. Students who have successfully completed the second or third year of a Chinese Degree or Diploma may be considered for direct entry into year two or three of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course on a case by case basis. Depending on your academic background and intended course of study, it may be possible to apply for advanced entry into year 2 or 3 of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course. Students need to have an IELTS score of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each band score). Some courses require a higher IELTS score.
