There is a growing demand for highly trained accountants who can guide their organizations through the volatile economic environment that exists globally today. Professionals in accounting do not merely report financial positions - they create economic value.

The CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is the advanced professional certification specifically designed to measure the accounting and financial management skills that drive business performance. Achieving the CMA credential demonstrates your mastery of financial planning, analysis, control, and decision support, as well as professional ethics. Only the CMA program recognizes the unique proficiencies required for success in this challenging profession.

The objective of the Master of Accounting with Concentration in Public Accounting program will prepare you to enter or further your current career as a professional accountant in financial institutions, government, industry, nonprofit organizations, and public practice. You will also be prepared to sit for the CPA exam.

The Taxation concentration will prepare you to sit for either the enrolled agent exam or the CPA exam. An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. To receive this credential, individuals must either pass a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns, or have experience as a former IRS employee.

The Master of Accounting with a concentration in Managerial Accounting provides you with the accounting and financial management skills you need to drive business performance. Our curriculum is guided by faculty with professional accounting experience outside of the classroom. You’ll have opportunities to work with a successful mentor, obtain coveted internships, and work on real world projects in the classroom.

Upon completion of the program, you’ll be prepared to sit for the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) exam. Achieving this credential demonstrates your mastery of financial planning, analysis, control, and decision support, as well as professional ethics. As a CMA, you’ll be in a position to dominate your career.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants must complete all bachelor's degree requirements before beginning graduate studies or is in the process of completing a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university. The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 550 on the paper-based test, 213 on the computer-based test, or 79 on the internet-based test. (2) International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6.0 on the test module. (3) Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: 54 on the test module.
