Madonna University’s unique dance programs offer a variety of components for a career path as a dancer, teacher, or multi-skilled professional. The Bachelor of Arts degree is offered for students who wish to major in dance, but would like to take advantage of the Liberal Arts academic experience. Our program as a whole is designed to foster critical thinking, communication, and ethical decision making necessary for success in today’s world, while also nurturing each student as a creative artist and maintaining the highest standards.

It is designed for students who want to continue their dance education and pursue a designated minor in a complementary area of study. It will provide a personal learning environment designed to incorporate the diverse interests and needs of each student. It is professionally oriented and emphasizes broad performance experience.

PROGRAM FEATURES

The dance program is professionally oriented and emphasizes broad performance experience. The dance company performs informally on campus, off-campus in lecture demonstrations, and in two full-scale proscenium dance concerts per academic year. In addition, the department of dance participates in the American College Dance Association (ACDA) conference.

为来自中国的学生设计 Current high school students and high school graduates who have not enrolled in a post-secondary institution after high school apply to Madonna as a freshman. Cumulative high school GPA 2.8 or above. Requirement for Undergraduate Admission: TOEFL: 70 (iBT); IELTS: 6; MELAB: 76.
