What is Sports Performance Analysis MSc?

Develop yourself while studying scientific and applied modules, resulting in ISPAS accreditation upon completion. This programme offers a student-centred, supportive environment to undertake your Master’s level study.

You’ll learn in brand new, purpose built sporting facilities, including an international-standard sports arena and 3G pitches. As a community, we pride ourselves on high-quality, research-led and industry informed teaching and learning.

You’ll be taught by passionate, engaging, industry-connected and accredited staff. This programme will offer opportunities for transformational work placements in diverse environments, including professional and youth sport.

The practical nature of many disciplines within this subject area lend themselves to innovative practical assessment methods, allowing meaningful assessment of discipline based competencies. Assessment on the course is designed to inspire and challenge students, promoting creativity and growing confidence. You’ll be assessed practical-based exams, presentations, scientific report writing and a research proposal leading to an independent project.

Amateur and professional teams are seeking experienced practitioners with the skills to undertake match and technique analysis in both individual and team-based sports, using a range of highly technical equipment and software. The employment market expects that candidates will have recognised accreditation to undertake the role of a Performance Analyst in sport.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students should have Successful completion of a 4 year university Bachelor degree with a minimum grade of 70% overall. Three year Diploma (Dazhuan/ Zhuanke) AND evidenced three years’ relevant work experience (for Business School Masters only) and/ or a recognised 1 year pre-Masters programme.? IELTS 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in any component.
