在这里学什么？ **Why an Integrated Foundation Stage?**An Integrated Foundation Stage starts your degree studies with a year spent learning the skills required to progress onto a full honours degree. Alongside an introduction to Magazine Journalism and Production, you will develop valuable study skills, communication, team work and problem-solving techniques which help to build your confidence and prepare you for the rest of your course.**Why Magazine Journalism and Production?**Our Magazine Journalism and Production degree develops your abilities in design, marketing and business strategy, and equips you with skills such as writing and video production. Covering both print and digital production, you’ll explore lifestyle, fashion, music and sports magazines, as well as newspaper supplements and specialist publications. With opportunities to gain experience on placements with key magazine publishers, such as Immediate Media (home to over 60 titles such as ‘Radio Times’ and ‘Good Food’), our graduates stand out from the competition.Drawing on the expertise of experienced, practising magazine and media professionals, you’ll build your understanding of the very latest industry innovations and trends. There’s even the chance to learn from high-profile guest lectures, including at our annual Media Festival, with past visitors including former editors of ‘Heat’ magazine and ‘NME’. 为来自中国的学生设计 Students need to have Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate with the Senior Secondary Academic Proficiency Test ( Putong Gaozhong Xueye Shuiping Kaoshi)/ Huikao? with a minimum grade of 70% AND a recognised Foundation course certificate with a successful pass grade. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate with the Senior Secondary Academic Proficiency Test (Putong Gaozhong Xueye Shuiping Kaoshi)/ Huikao with a minimum grade of 80%. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate AND the National College Entrance Examination (NCEE)/ Gaokao with a minimum score of 70% in a relevant stream. NB: The accepted stream differs by course, e.g. if a science A Level is required for course entry then the science stream is required; if an arts/humanities subject A level is required for course entry then the arts stream is required. However, either the science or the arts stream is acceptable for entry to Business and Management courses. One year (or more) of university study in China with a minimum grade of 70% overall. Undergraduate (Level 6 top up/ Advanced entry to Bachelor degrees)?: Two-three year Diploma (Da Zhuan / Zhuanke) in a related subject area. Successful completion of a minimum 2 years’ university study in a related subject area. IELTS 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in any band.
