Why Law with Business (with placement)?

Our Law with Business course is a qualifying law degree, which will also give you the business management expertise to apply your learning to a business context. You’ll explore fundamental principles of law in England and Wales, including legal methods and skills, contract law and property law. You can also tailor your study to suit your own individual career ambitions and interests, specialising in subjects such as managing international business and corporate accountability. With the chance to undertake industry placements and learn from legal and business professionals, our students stand out from the competition. You’ll hone your courtroom skills in the Moot Court Room at our brand new state-of-the-art School of Business and Technology building at Oxstalls campus in Gloucester, and put your learning into practice by working in our law clinic, giving real legal advice to real clients.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students need to have Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate with the Senior Secondary Academic Proficiency Test ( Putong Gaozhong Xueye Shuiping Kaoshi)/ Huikao? with a minimum grade of 70% AND a recognised Foundation course certificate with a successful pass grade. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate with the Senior Secondary Academic Proficiency Test (Putong Gaozhong Xueye Shuiping Kaoshi)/ Huikao with a minimum grade of 80%. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate AND the National College Entrance Examination (NCEE)/ Gaokao with a minimum score of 70% in a relevant stream. NB: The accepted stream differs by course, e.g. if a science A Level is required for course entry then the science stream is required; if an arts/humanities subject A level is required for course entry then the arts stream is required. However, either the science or the arts stream is acceptable for entry to Business and Management courses. One year (or more) of university study in China with a minimum grade of 70% overall. Undergraduate (Level 6 top up/ Advanced entry to Bachelor degrees)?: Two-three year Diploma (Da Zhuan / Zhuanke) in a related subject area. Successful completion of a minimum 2 years’ university study in a related subject area. IELTS 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in any band.
