在这里学什么？ **Why an Integrated Foundation Stage?**An Integrated Foundation Stage starts your degree studies with a year spent learning the skills required to progress onto a full honours degree. Alongside an introduction to Landscape Architecture, you will develop valuable study skills, communication, team work and problem-solving techniques which help to build your confidence and prepare you for the rest of your course.**Why Landscape Architecture?**Our Landscape Architecture degree is one of the longest running in the country and will help you develop your skills in experimentation, creative thinking and social interaction, as you gain an understanding of theory, design work and an introduction to professional practice. You’ll focus on creating landscapes for sustainable living in the future, balancing scientific understanding with aesthetic and functional design. With opportunities to gain work experience on placements with organisations such as Terrapin Bright Green in New York, MIT in Massachusetts, the Canal and River Trust in Gloucester and MHP Design in Cheltenham, our graduates stand out from the competition. Previous students have also worked on live briefs at a range of sites such as Pittville Park and St James' Square in Cheltenham, Prinknash Abbey and Kings Square in Gloucester, plus Wapping Wharf, the Diesel Depot and Temple Meads in Bristol.You’ll draw on the expertise of experienced lecturers and be inspired on field trips exploring historic, contemporary and cultural landscapes in locations such as Copenhagen, New York and Barcelona (additional costs may apply, see course web page for details). You’ll be able to take advantage of our open-plan landscape architecture studios and showcase work to leading landscape design practices at our annual Degree Show. 为来自中国的学生设计 Students need to have Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate with the Senior Secondary Academic Proficiency Test ( Putong Gaozhong Xueye Shuiping Kaoshi)/ Huikao? with a minimum grade of 70% AND a recognised Foundation course certificate with a successful pass grade. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate with the Senior Secondary Academic Proficiency Test (Putong Gaozhong Xueye Shuiping Kaoshi)/ Huikao with a minimum grade of 80%. Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate AND the National College Entrance Examination (NCEE)/ Gaokao with a minimum score of 70% in a relevant stream. NB: The accepted stream differs by course, e.g. if a science A Level is required for course entry then the science stream is required; if an arts/humanities subject A level is required for course entry then the arts stream is required. However, either the science or the arts stream is acceptable for entry to Business and Management courses. One year (or more) of university study in China with a minimum grade of 70% overall. Undergraduate (Level 6 top up/ Advanced entry to Bachelor degrees)?: Two-three year Diploma (Da Zhuan / Zhuanke) in a related subject area. Successful completion of a minimum 2 years’ university study in a related subject area. IELTS 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in any band.
