A Master of Public Health equips health professionals with the knowledge and skills to address public health challenges. Students will gain an understanding of current global and environmental health issues, health policy, systems, and economics, along with social, behavioural and cultural determinants of health. Gain the knowledge and expertise on current global and environmental health issues and be a leader of change.

COURSE OVERVIEW

Learn the strategies and techniques to prevent disease and promote health on a global scale. This course will develop you into a leader who can drive innovation behind public health and solve complex issues on an international scale.

• Design and apply intervention strategies to detect, prevent and control diseases among human populations.
• Identify and describe environmental risk factors that affect the health and safety of a given community or population
• Demonstrate a commitment to the ethical practice of public health, and the principles of access and equity.
