专业概况
在这里学什么?Within this combined degree program, students study a combination of Arts and Law courses over a period of five years full-time. On completion of the first three years students will have completed all the courses required for the Bachelor of Arts degree. In the final two years of the combined degree program students complete the requirements of the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and may enroll in these two years on a less than full time basis.
Students completing this combined degree meet the requirements to practice law in NSW and acquire skills and knowledge through the Arts studies they have chosen. You can choose majors/minors in the following course areas (subject to change):

Students wishing to practice law must also complete postgraduate professional training approved by the Legal Profession Admission Board. Alternatively, students completing this degree may apply for entry to the Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Diploma of Legal Practice Program - see separate handbook entry - which allows immediate admission to legal practice on graduation.
Commencement in this program is only available in Semester 1.

为来自中国的学生设计 There are a number of ways to gain entry to undergraduate programs at the University of Newcastle. You may be considered for admission on the basis of: a completed NSW Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent – irrespective of age of qualification; completed or partly completed higher education studies; TAFE/VET qualifications, with a minimum of a completed Certificate III (AQF level 3), excluding the Bachelor of Nursing; TAFE/VET qualifications, with a minimum of a completed Certificate II (AQF level 2) in conjunction with meeting additional performance based selection criteria for the Bachelor of Music and associated combined degrees; completion of a recognised enabling program within a 10 year period preceding admission to the University; overseas qualifications equivalent to Australian studies. English language requirement: TOEFL paper-based test score of 500; TOEFL internet based score of 60; IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0; PTE GSE score of 50; Cambridge English: Advanced score of 52.课程信息
