专业概况

Students who complete the medical laboratory science curriculum receive the Bachelor of Science degree with a major in medical laboratory science from the College of Arts and Sciences. The curriculum requires a minimum of 90 hours of credit which includes the foundations, perspectives, and connections requirements of the college and the University General Education Requirement prior to application for admission to a final year of study at the University Of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville (UTMCK). A grade of at least a C must be earned in each of the required chemistry, biology, and math courses. A bulletin describing the medical laboratory science program in detail may be obtained from Arts and Sciences Advising Services.
