Qualified students in the interior architecture program may consider a course of study that will give them advanced placement in the Master of Architecture degree program. Completing this path allows Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture graduates to gain advanced standing in the graduate architecture program, satisfying degree requirements in two years rather than three.

Your transition into Master of Architecture actually begins in the fourth year of your Interior Architecture program. But you’ll already be accustomed to the Architecture discipline because here, we integrate our disciplines from Year 1.

The lines are blurring as design professionals from across various disciplines now collaborate at the beginnings of projects for the good of their clients. Professionals with expertise in more than one discipline stand out.

These two fully accredited degrees lead to career opportunities beyond what one can do alone. Graduates are securing fulfilling employment in a variety of areas, and because they have proven expertise in both Interior Architecture and Architecture, they are ahead of the pack.

DUAL DEGREE ADMISSION

If you're interested in the 4+2 degree, you first will apply to the School of Interior Architecture, and once you're here on Rocky Top, you'll declare your intent to pursue the 4+2. By the way, only our own students are given the opportunity to take part in this unique dual degree.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants must have a completion of high school or college academic work. IELTS (International English Language Testing System) minimum score of 6.5, TOEFL (Paper-based) score of 523, TOEFL (iBT) score of 70, Completing the ELS 112 intensive program.
