生命中每一次拔节与绽放，都经历了破茧而出的磨砺与蜕变；每一次拔节的声音，代表了他们的成功与成长。华美外国语学校6-9年级学生于12月7-10日开展了为期四天的阳光少年社会实践活动，那生命拔节的清脆之声，实在是人间最美的天籁之音。

Students from grade 6-9 of Huamei Foreign Language School held a four-day youth social practice activity from December 7 to 10.

此次社会实践活动是学校为了贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于深化教育教学改革全面提高义务教育质量的意见》和《关于进一步激发中小学办学活力的若干意见》文件精神，更好地落实“立德树人”的根本任务，赋能“五育并举”的重要举措。它通过拓展训练，熔炼团队，引领学生学会感恩，学会责任担当；通过美丽山庄的学农实践，让学生在广阔天地里体验劳动的快乐，感受劳动创造幸福生活的美好。从生活出发，在生态体验中，铸就生命的成长。

团队合作拼搏向上之音

教育的魅力在于点燃，点燃美好的理想，点燃心中的期盼，点燃坚定的信念，点燃生活的激情。组建团队，队名、队呼、队徽在队员们的群策群力、奇思妙想中诞生。

The charm of education comes from lighting up, lighting up the beautiful ideal, lighting up the expectation in the heart, lighting up the firm faith, lighting up the passion of life.The establishment of a team, team name, team slogan, team badge were created by the members with collective brainpower and creative ideas.

六年级的雏鹰队：“雏鹰高飞，太阳高升，有风无挡，有雨无阻。”七年级的百事队：“山中猛虎，水中蛟龙，唯我七年，傲视群雄。”九年级的向阳队：“迎接黎明，雏燕生长，向阳而生，春暖花开。”以及八年级的名媛队。百事队的队徽告诉同学们：这个集体就是一个强有力的盾剑，老师为孩子插上飞翔的翅膀，预示着百事可达。向阳队的队徽是一群雏燕成“人”字形飞向太阳，为明年的中考鼓劲加油！

在短短的两天时间里，同学们以军人为榜样，严格要求自己，严格训练，不畏烈日曝晒，不畏风吹雨打，在教官的耐心指导下开展每一个团建活动。他们认真倾听规则、要领，共商战略对策，反复训练苦战。同学们的纪律性，集体观念，吃苦耐劳的精神得到了极大的提高。

In a short period of two days, the students set the soldiers as their examples, giving themselves strict requirements and training, not afraid of the hot sunshine, not afraid of the heavy wind and rain. 教育的魅力在于引领，引领学生沐浴道德的光辉，引领学生采摘文明的果实，引领学生接受情操的陶冶，引领学生扣问生命的价值。能力有多大，责任就有多大。领导力就是真诚地为大家付出，责任心就是做好分内事情的自觉性。为了让孩子们领略到什么是领导力与责任心，军训第三天我们举行了大型的情感类教育节目《领导力与责任心》。

领袖就意味着担当，意味着付出，意味着勇于承担责任。他们是用来传递力量，班级其他孩子动作不规范，领袖就要代替孩子们接受他们犯错的后果，小领袖每奔跑一圈就代表班级里有一人动作不规范。

生活不可能一帆风顺，当你觉得很容易时，一定是有人代替你负重前行，比如说父母，老师，朋友。

Life is not a safe sailing. When you think it is easy, there must be someone to take your burden. They can be your parents, teachers or friends.

训练场上代替你们奔跑的班主任，小领袖就像生活中为你挡风遮雨的父母，老师，亲人，朋友。教育孩子要尊重长辈，感恩父母，老师，亲人，要勇于为自己所犯的错承担责任。

Teach children to respect their elders, be grateful to their parents, teachers and relatives, and have the courage to take responsibility for their mistakes.

看着孩子们眼里噙满的泪水，看着孩子们要分担领袖的受罚纷纷举起的小手，看到领袖们按下小手的无悔选择，听到孩子们对老师的真情告白，我似乎听到了生命拔节的声音，我知道孩子们成长了！
