Canada is the most northern country in North America. It’s the second biggest country in the world. Canada is a country that called “the country of maple leaves”. The capital city of Canada is Ottawa. Canada is a classical country that uses English and French.

Canada also is one of biggest diamond producing countries. In the winter, Vancouver is the warmest city in Canada and it is the most comfortable place to live for people. Many Chinese people choose this country to live. This place is belongs to temperate marine climate, the best climate to live in. If we go to Canada by airplane, it will take us about 10-12 hours. Lake Louis

Lake Louis is at the Banff national park. It is the most famous lake in Banff. It is called “Sapphire of rocky mountains” , because the water there is blue and green. The first time people discovered it was in 1882. At that time, people called this lake”Jadeite lake”. At 1883, Victoria Regina gave this lake to her daughter, Louise Caroline Alberta, because Louise was married with a citizen. She couldn’t live in the Palace anymore, so she was exiled to Canada.

Because she and her husband did many useful things for people, people used “Louise” to name this lake, and the province was called “Alberta”. The scenery there is very good. Many visitors love this place very much.

It is one of the ends of Lions Gate Bridge, which is across the gulf.
