专业概况

在这里学什么？ The BSc (Hons) Biology degree at Lincoln covers a diverse range of subject areas while allowing you to develop your own specialisms. The course includes opportunities for overseas field work to study living organisms in their natural environments. Students join a vibrant academic community in the School of Life Sciences and benefit from research-focused teaching by academics. There is an emphasis on practical work, with students conducting their own projects alongside academics and practising researchers. You can participate in two residential field trips in the UK, enabling you to study animals and plants in the wild. There is also an overseas field trip available in your final year as part of the optional 'Overseas Field Course' module.

为来自中国的学生设计 Prospective students require one of the following qualifications for entry into year one of an undergraduate degree: Successful completion of a Foundation programme with a minimum of 50% plus an average of 70% or above in High School. Some programmes may require a higher foundation score e.g. 60%; Successful completion of the first year of a Chinese degree / Diploma with an average grade of 70% or above. Students who have successfully completed a HND BTEC or SQA qualification may be accepted directly into year two or three of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course on a case by case basis. Students who have successfully completed the second or third year of a Chinese Degree or Diploma may be considered for direct entry into year two or three of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course on a case by case basis. Depending on your academic background and intended course of study, it may be possible to apply for advanced entry into year 2 or 3 of a University of Lincoln undergraduate course. Students need to have an IELTS score of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each band score). Some courses require a higher IELTS score.
