This major is excellent for students interested in social service careers, where knowledge and ability in interpersonal relationships is critical to success.
As an interpersonal communication student at WMU, you will study interpersonal communication, communication theory, communication research, group communication, nonverbal communication, family communication, communication ethics, gender communication, health communication, persuasion and public speaking.
